Your privacy, in plain words.
This page explains what the lapnito.cz website does with your data. The short version: almost nothing.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising.
- No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Everything is served from lapnito.cz.
- Two small cookies at most, and only when you use a feature that needs them.
- If you write to us through the contact form, we use what you send only to answer you.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data processed through this website is lapnito.cz s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 19537441, with its registered seat at Tři Dvory 32, 78401 Litovel, Česká republika. The company data comes from the Czech business register (ARES).

What we do not collect
- No analytics or statistics service of any kind.
- No advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking.
- No accounts, profiles or fingerprinting.
- No third-party content: fonts, images and scripts come from our own server.
Cookies and local storage
These are all the items this website stores in your browser. None of them identifies you or is used for tracking, so there is no cookie banner.
langRemembers the language you picked in the language switcher, so the home page can open in it. The contact form
When you send a message we receive the details you type: name, e-mail address, type of inquiry, optionally an app, and your message. We also record the time, the language and address of the page. To limit spam, a keyed hash of your IP address and of your session is kept for an hour; the address itself is not stored in readable form.
Purpose: to answer your message. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, if you ask about a collaboration, steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time by e-mailing tom@lapnito.cz.
Recipients: the message is delivered by e-mail through our e-mail provider, WEDOS Internet, a.s. (Czech Republic), which processes it on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else and we send no automatic reply.
Retention: we keep your message and our reply for 12 months after the matter is closed, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, if a contract follows). Writing to tom@lapnito.cz directly is handled in the same way.
Server logs
The website runs on the servers of WEDOS Internet, a.s. (Czech Republic). Like any web server, it records technical access data in its logs: IP address, date and time, requested address, response code and browser identification. The host keeps these logs for operation and security, and sets how long.
We don't use the logs to analyse visitors or build profiles. We read them only to fix errors or investigate abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Write to tom@lapnito.cz and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).

This policy covers only the lapnito.cz website. Each app has its own privacy page, linked from its store listing and from the support page.
Changes
If we change how the website handles data, we update this page and the date at the top.
